On July 14, 15, 16 and 17, JKA-SKDI (Shotokan Karate Do International) held our annual Master Masataka Mori Memorial Summer Seminar at Springfield College in Massachusetts, USA.
It was the first in-person summer camp in three years.
We had over 120 participants coming from all over the USA as well as from Canada and Columbia.
We greatly appreciated the two guest instructors from the JKA Headquaters, Imamura Tomio sensei and Shiina Katsutoshi sensei, who traveled from Japan and conducted heartfelt and enthusiastic classes.
All of us trained very hard together renewing our commitment to keep the tradition of JKA Karate.
We also enjoyed spending time together outside of classes cherishing our friendships.
