It was from 24 to 26 july 2026 when ladies tournament was held in nyayo stadium capital of kenya nairobi in which six ladies from uganda participated in both kata and kumite. It was all happiness all over, when the ladies managed to accumulate six silver medals and one bronze making a total of seven medals all together. It was a great moment  for the ladies team in the east African event as medals and awards were given out to the winners. The result went as follows.
