【UGANDA】Birthday training

Every day someone somewhere in this world is quitely or openly celebrating his or her birth day, to some people it’s not a serious matter to others its very important because its recalling the journey you have gone through up to where you are now, which makes it worth remembering, celebration differ according to personalities, others organise a big Party and  at the end of it every big cake is cut and distributed to participant, in uganda i do share the birth day month of April with the king of buganda ronald mwenda mutebi and his celebration is done by organising people for a marathon of  5km 10km and 21km, respectively the revenue collected goes to the need people, so the theme of this year was helping people with HIV, so as a jka Karate member my celebration differ from other people and that is engaging in more Karate training. Here emphasis was put in the 5 principle block that is age-uke, Soto ude uke, uchi-uke, gidan barai and shuto uke, this was practiced stationary in shizentai and kiba-dachi and movement in zenkusu dashi and kokusudash. Practical part of the blocks was also practiced with partners in gohon kumite, it was challenging when it Came to kata performance, only one kata jion was practiced 10 times none stop in a group and all the participants managed to finished very well,  so 7/April /1965 is my birth day of which i do share it with a film star Mr. Jack chan. As the celebration Came an end members where told that let their limbs do a lot of talking than their mouth that is more training and less talking.
