We are pleased to report on our Keiko Osame JKA SHOTOKAN ESPAÑA 2021 and the Dan and Qualification exams that we have taken in December 2021.

It has been a difficult year due to the situation imposed by the Covid pandemic. However, we have been able to carry out some of our activities.

In this last event of the year 2021, held in Chiclana de la Frontera and organized by the JKA Manuel Benavides Karate School, more than 200 karateka of all ages have participated. The three subjects of Kihon, Kata and Kumite were analyzed in addition to teaching systems, examinations and refereeing.

Dan and Kyu’s exams were held at the end of the event. Both the trainings and the examination tests were carried out in compliance with current COVID-19 measures, a task controlled by the organization. Within the sports facilities it was mandatory that everyone, examiners and candidates wear a protective mask. Despite the breathing difficulties for the candidates, all performed the technical tests with success.

Dan’s exams were carried out by the technical commission of JKA SHOTOKAN ESPAÑA.
