At the Shihankai extraordinary meeting held on October 20th of this year, Acting Chief Instructor Takeshi Oishi was elected by mutual vote as the 4th Chief Instructor.
The decision will be formally made with the approval of the Board of Directors extraordinary meeting to be held on November 9th.
