【Poland】Seminar with Mariusz Jewdokimow Sensei 6DAN JKA

On 10.10.2020 (Saturday) a seminar with Mariusz Jewdokimow Sensei, the Chief Instructor of JKA Poland took place in Baranowo, near Poznan. The seminar was conducted according to the rules and regulations concerning the pandemic of COVID19 and 60 participants had a chance to safely train and improve their technique. The training consisted of Kata training as well as how to judge it and the same for Kumite. The main Kata on the seminar was Chinte and its Bunkai.

On 11.10.2020 (Sunday) the examination board with the following members: Mariusz Jewdokimow 6DAN JKA, Marek Sławiński 4DAN JKA, Roland Kowalczak 4DAN JKA and the vice-president of JKA Poland Piotr Ozyra conducted an exam for 1DANs. Seven persons took part in the exam and all passed.
JKA Poland would like to express its gratitude to the Ueki Shuseki Shihan for accepting the JKAs Poland petition to hold the exam and we hope to keep on spreading Karate Shotokan and its tradition in Poland despite the crisis the whole world is facing right now.
