The aim of the tournament

This event features a kata very representative of JKA karate, Tekki-Shodan. This “festival” was planned with the aim to provide an event where karate-ka around the world, who may be unable to train at their dojos due to COVID, can enjoy a competition together with JKA friends everywhere! We would like all JKA members to participate with us!! We hope to be able to share the event with those who can and cannot participate directly by posting the videos on YouTube and other social media. Through enjoying karate together, we wish to contribute to international camaraderie and peace during difficult times.
