On December 16th, JKA Bahamas held an in-person examination under the guidance of Sensei Brian Stapleton, Godan. There was a total of 9 members certified for testing, two of which were tested for Shodan.

Covid-19 protocols were followed such as masks being worn during kumite and the use of hand sanitizers.

The examination was successful, and JKA Bahamas hopes that further examinations and in-person training can continue to be held without interruption from the pandemic.
