We held a four-day Okinawa karate experience tour, ”JKA October 2023 Okinawa tour” after the 2023 JKA Autumn Joint  training camp in last October, and it was well received by many participants.

In response to this, we have decided to offer the optional tour again to experience and learn about Okinawan karate before and after 2024 JKA Spring Joint Training Camp (April 13 – April 17 and April 22 – 27).

JKA-HQ instructors will join the optional tour after the spring camp. It must be a valuable experience for participants to learn about the roots of Shotokan with JKA-HQ instructors. We look forward to seeing many of you there.

Reservations for tours, as well as for accommodations during the 2024 JKA Spring Joint Training Camp and tour participation  will be accepted by Travel company Ageshio Japan who received the Martial Arts Tourism Award from the Japan Sports Agency.
