a) Seminar Fee : * Includes: lunch and party fee

①JKA Member :

[For those who will be 19 years old and above as of Oct. 15, 2018]  

JPY 5,500.- per class (Total 8 classes will be held)

[For those under 19 years old as of  Oct. 15, 2018] 

JPY 3,000.- per class (Total 8 classes will be held)

• If you are going to take Dan or Quallification ( Instructor / Examiner ) exam, you will not be able to attend the 7^th seminar.
• We offer “Seminar for the Examinee of Judge qualification” as 8^th Semiar on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018. This seminar is for examinee of Judge qualification only.  We highly recommend the examinee  to take part in this special seminar.

 

②Not JKA Member :

[For those who will be 19 years old and above as of Oct. 15, 2018]

JPY 8,000.- per class (Total 8 classes will be held)

If you are going to take Dan or Qualification exam, you have to pay the exam fee and the registration fee at the application. Please see the price list below;

All participants are welcome to our party as the party fee is included in the seminar fee. Please apply as earlier as possible as the capacity of the venue is limited.

 

14.   Note:

a) About Seminar and Examination

• The seminars are also for qualification renewal purpose.
• Please download the material for the class, handbook for the match, the same for the judge from our website in advance and bring with you when you take the lecture or exams.

• Only the participants are accepted to apply the exam at this camp. If you want to take exam, you must attend at least one seminar during Camp.
• Current Dan or Qualification information (conferral date etc) must be informed when you apply the exam.
• Examinees for  6^th or 7^th Dan have to submit a research dissertation (about Techniques) on the exam day. Please decide it by each person about the theme of the research dissertation.

 

b) About schedule:

【Oct. 11】

・The opening ceremony will not be conducted on the first day, October 11 (Thu), but on October 13 (Sat.). Therefore, you can come at your seminar starting time on October 11.

・The written exam for the qualification exam will be conducted on  October 11, at 15:30. Please double check the timing not to miss it.

【Oct. 12】

・Those who will join the 3^rd Seminar Class 1-2  or 4^th seminar Class 1-2 without joining 2^nd Seminar : Reception at the HQ

・Those who will join the 2^nd Seminar or the 3^rd Seminar Class 3-6 or 4^th Seminar Class 3-6 : Reception at the Sports Center

【Oct. 13】

・The opening ceremony will be held at Bunkyo Sports Center followed by group photo shooting.

・Those who attend the 5^th, 6^th, 7^th Seminar : Reception at the Sports Center.

・Those who attend from Dan exam : Reception at the HQ.

– The reception place is different on Oct. 12 and  Oct. 13 as above. Please check your schedule carefully and go whichever appropriate for you.

 

c) About Lunch:

•  Please mind that the lunch will NOT be provided on 11^th October.
•  Lunches on Oct. 12 and 13 are provided only at the Sports Center. Please be noted that lunch will NOT be provided at the HQ.

 

d) You need to arrange your accommodations by yourselves. Please refer to the hotel list, too.
