The JKA Poland International Technical Seminar, conducted by Naka Sensei and Kurihara Sensei, was held from 4–6 September 2026 in Tarnowo Podgórne, near Poznań, Poland.

It was an exceptional event in every respect. More than 200 karate practitioners took part in the seminar, including participants from Germany, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Ukraine, Sweden, and Turkey, as well as karateka from clubs across Poland.

From the very beginning, the seminar was characterised by the remarkable commitment and enthusiasm of the participants. During every training session, we could feel a strong spirit, positive energy, and genuine passion for JKA Karate. The atmosphere in the dojo was excellent, and the level of commitment demonstrated by the participants was a great source of satisfaction and pride.

The technical training conducted by Naka Sensei and Kurihara Sensei was highly appreciated by all participants. Their knowledge, experience, precision, and individual approach made a strong impression on the karateka. It was particularly gratifying to hear so many positive comments and words of appreciation following the seminar regarding both instructors and the quality of the training.

On Sunday, after the second training session, the JKA Dan Examination began. A total of 17 candidates took part in the examination. Everyone demonstrated great commitment and determination; however, not all candidates achieved the goal they had set for themselves. We congratulate those who successfully passed the examination, while those who were unsuccessful are encouraged to continue their training and return stronger and better prepared for the next examination.

Following the Dan Examination, JKA examinations for Instructor, Judge, and Examiner Licences were held. These examinations were another important part of the seminar and demonstrated the high level of commitment to the continued development of JKA Karate in Poland and throughout Europe.

The entire seminar was a beautiful and inspiring experience for everyone involved. It was not only an opportunity to improve our technical skills, but also a chance to meet friends, train together, exchange experiences, and strengthen the JKA community.

I would like to sincerely thank all participants of the JKA Karate Seminar for their hard work, commitment, positive attitude, and wonderful energy throughout the entire event.

My special and deepest thanks go to Naka Sensei and Kurihara Sensei for sharing their knowledge, experience, and passion for Karate with us. Their presence and teaching made this seminar a truly special experience.
