The Easter holiday of Monday 21st April, 2025 ended by members gathering for early morning Kihon training from 8am to 11am. The major concern of the training was Kiihon the number one of the trinity of major karate training which are Kihon, Kata and Kumite. Emphasis was put on punching were most Karatekas punching always goes up even if its chudan punch, so they were reminded to either punch chudan or jodan according to the command from the instructor. As usual after appreciating the good out come of the training in chorus everybody said Oss and that was the end of the training.
