【ROMANIA】2021 June-July-Report competition and instructor camp

After more than 1 year of pandemic, the period in which we could not organize competitions or seminars, on Saturday, June 5, 2021, we managed to organize the JKA Romania Championship and the Ovidiu Cociorva Memorial Cup, in the gym of Sannicolau Mare, the westernmost city in Romania. It was a show of joy for the children! We had 170 children and juniors participating in individual kata, kumite (kihon, jiyu ippon) and kata teams. The team of JKA licensed referees and national referees ensured the smooth running of the competition. This was the first major event this year. The second important event of our association JKA WF Romania, took place the weekend, July 16-17. This was the Summer Camp for our instructors, and took place in Cluj Napoca, the second largest city in Romania. At this summer Gasshuku, our instructors were present, and we also had guests our colleagues and neighbors, from the Republic of Moldova, who wanted to train with us. We had in the standardization program jka, kata Heian 1-5, Tekki Shodan, Bassai Dai and Jion, and at kumite gohon, kihon ippon, jiyu ippon, and applications for jiyu kumite. We look forward to easing the pandemic restrictions, so we can return to gasshuku with our JKA Hombu Dojo instructors. Oss!
