We are reviewing our records of all participants to our past Gasshukus. To facilitate this process, we would appreciate if you took a few minutes of your time to identify which of the Gasshukus you have attended, as indicated in the following attachment. As well, in the space allocated in each of the Gasshukus, indicate the total number of classes that you have attended per Gasshuku.
