URGENT WARNINGS

1. Regarding Self-Styled, Unapproved “JKA” Organizations

It has come to the attention of JKA HQ that a number of self-styled, unapproved, so-called “JKA” organizations have been springing up in various parts of the world, often announcing their presence on the Internet. Should any JKA individual members and/or JKA-approved organizations be found to be involved in any way in such organizations, they will be immediately expelled from JKA.

2. Regarding Self-Styled, Unapproved, “Local” Qualifications

It has come to the attention of JKA HQ that some JKA members and/or JKA-approved organizations are planning to offer courses, seminars, or similar such events to confer self-styled, self-appointed, unapproved “local” qualifications (country-level, dojo-level, etc.) for judges and instructors. Those qualifications, not to mention the unqualified bestowers of those qualifications, are completely false and invalid, a violation of JKA’s universal standards, and any JKA individual members and/or JKA-approved organizations who offer courses, seminars, or similar such events to confer such qualifications will be immediately expelled from JKA.
