CLARIFICATION NOTICE: All JKA-approved national organizations are to pay their annual fees directly to JKA HQ

Pursuant to the resolutions taken at the January 2008 board meeting of the JKA/WF, all JKA-approved national organizations are to pay their stipulated annual fees, including communications fees, directly to JKA HQ and not through any regional organizations.

As resolved and reconfirmed at that board meeting, regional organizations are no longer wielders of any kind of supra-national controlling power over member countries.
